Chris Gill
Director & Senior Arborist
Chris trained in arboriculture in the United Kingdom more than 20 years ago and has since worked across a broad range of arboricultural disciplines throughout Australia. Since 2016, he has lived and operated on the NSW North Coast, developing extensive local knowledge of the region's tree species, environmental conditions and planning requirements.
As an AQF Level 5 Arborist, Chris specialises in arboricultural consulting, tree risk assessment and practical tree management. His experience spans residential, commercial and government projects, combining sound arboricultural advice with practical solutions developed through decades of hands-on industry experience.
Sara Lock
Administration & Environmental Support
Sara holds a Bachelor of Environmental Science from the University of Western Australia and plays an integral role in the operation of Thrive Arbor. In addition to managing administration and client communications, she assists in the preparation and development of arboricultural reports, providing research, document production and environmental support throughout the reporting process.
Her environmental science background complements Thrive Arbor's practical arboricultural expertise, helping deliver clear, well-presented and technically robust reports for clients, consultants and local authorities
